Important Things to Note before Starting Your SDWAN ASSIST Submission

  • SDWAN ASSIST uses your answers to the questions below to scope an initial SD-WAN design and to ensure that the best vendor solution is presented to you.
  • This is the initial design phase and we fully expect to fine tune the solution further, once the initial design meets with your approval and budget.
  • Please complete all questions as each one is relevant to the initial design. SDWAN ASSIST takes on average 30 minutes to complete -You are able to save a part completed submission and return to complete within 7 days. 
  • Once we receive your completed form, we expect to be able to respond with a bespoke solution design document and quotation, within 3-5 days. Larger network design may take longer. We will keep you informed of the progress

How We Define Site Type for the Design Process

 

A DATA CENTRE

is typically a third-party dedicated hosting facility such as Equinix (please do not include HQ or larger site locations that act as DC locations under the DC section).

AN HQ OR LARGE SITE 

is typically a Head Office, Regional HQ or large site with high amount of users and large bandwidth requirements.

AN OFFICE LOCATION

is a typical standard office, store or site

A SMALL OR REMOTE SITE

 is usually the smallest locations with 2 -10 staff onsite
